Our History
Founded by Aaron and Joel, both with a history of helping all sizes of organisations through digital transformation over a number of years, they shared a common goal to put the customer first in every piece of advice, every software solution, every technology project and ultimately every business outcome. CNNECT's fast growth has been on the basis of delivering rapid success to both our partners and our customers.
What we do
Our team are specialists in cloud, collaboration and cybersecurity, constantly evolving the way in which we understand, advise and deploy these technologies to our wide range of customers across multiple industries. The CNNECT team value an open, honest and even sometimes difficult conversation, making sure that we generate maximum productivity and efficiency from our work.
Aaron is a co-founder and current Technology Director at CNNECT. Aaron's technical background began with a deep understanding of desktop virtualisation and end user computing. After a period where he was responsible for a team of consultants at CDW UK he moved on to become Technical Director of Overbright, a professional services specialist. Over a 7 year period Aaron helped to build the team to more 50 consultants before moving on when the company was about to be acquired by Total Computers (now boxxe). Aaron's role at CNNECT is to build and drive our technology processes, teams and strategy alongside working daily with our customers to make technology work better for them.
Joel Is a co-founder and current Managing Consultant at CNNECT. Having spent his formative years understanding the need for customers to invest in the right technology services, Joel was then responsible for Cloud and Managed Services at CDW UK for a number of years. During that time he helped to build the customer propositions and messaging to bring services to the CDW customer base. In 2019, he left to become Chief Revenue Officer for boxxe where he stayed until co-founding CNNECT.
